We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Modeera™ purchase.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, email us at walter@walterbond.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). Return instructions will be provided based on the supplier or warehouse location.
